Hey Frank, long time follower here!
I'm a Colombian! I know our stereotype... but hey! We are working on it, unluckily, we are not the only one Spanish speakers with drug dealing problems. Colombia had this in the 80's with Escobar, etc, but the pressure from the government and the DEA moved the business to other places.
Although we still suffer (with less intensity) of that problem, the Subprocuraduría de Investigación Especializada en Delincuencia Organizada (SIEDO) is a Mexican office for the investigation of organized crime. So this really happened in Mexico.
